

I am going to make every day until my birthday count. I've tried the 75 Hard challenge a few times, never made it more than a few days without failing. This time, I am going to do it for 200 days.
Here is a breakdown:
Diet: Follow a diet, NO cheat days
Alcohol: No alcohol
Water: Drink 1 gallon of water per day
Read: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book (no audiobooks)
Workout: Complete two workouts per day, 45 mins each (one workout must be outside)
Progress: Take a progress photo every day

My cousin Valerie told me "progress, not perfection" and that is my mindset. If I mess up, I am starting at day 1 again. No giving up. I WILL get results! My goal is 200 days in a row...
