We only live a few decades. Some see as many as nine or ten while some may never finish one. Life truly is short and you never know when it will end.

There are a few birthdays that we look forward to. At 13 you're a teenager, 18 an adult, 21 you can legally drink, and at 30, you've made it through your first decade as an adult. Once you're in your 30s, you stop looking forward and begin looking back. Things you've accomplished and good times you've had. And you also dwell on the mistakes you've made and the bumps in the road that got you to where you are. Life really is all about perspective.

Something about me is I hate complacency. I hate the idea of it. Every day we are blessed to have on this earth is an opprotunity to improve our situation. Unfortunately, manifestation requires dedication, focus, and desire. Wanting to change and putting in SOME effort is half of the battle, but to truly accomplish something requires MORE.

Professional athletes are at the peak of their sport. What we don't often see is the work they put in behind the scenes. I've always thought about what I could accomplish if I fully dedicated to myself. I don't have a list of things I want to accomplish in life, but one thing I want to do in my 30s is get in the best shape of my life. Mentally and physically. I don't want to coast in to my 40s stuck in neutral. I want to break down the door and have momentum.

It's a race against time now. A few hours over 200 days until my 30s are behind me. I have seen great transformations in 3 months. I am giving myself more than 6. I have no excuse.

This page will document my journey through the final 200 days of my 30s. Updates won't be frequent. Countdown is on!
